Newburgh, NY – Safe Harbors of the Hudson is pleased to announce the appointment of Ashley Collazo, Jacqui Jarmann, Likkia Moody, and Shawn Strong to its Board of Directors.
Ashley Collazo is the Program Coordinator at the Desmond Center for Community Engagement & Wellness at Mount Saint Mary College. Ashley was on the Planning Committee for Downing Park and brings with her 10+ years of experience in the not-for-profit industry. Owner of the Newburgh Mercantile, Jacqui Jarmann, a Newburgh native, has volunteered with Flowers Grow in Newburgh, Newburgh Café Night, Newburgh Illuminated and the Newburgh Shop Small initiative. Likkia Moody, is the Director of Newburgh Campus, SUNY Orange. Her commitment to Newburgh can be seen in her work with Newburgh Urban Food and Farm Initiative and the Newburgh Enlarged City School District. NFA graduate, Shawn Strong, brings with him his “strong” connections in the Newburgh community as well as his creative assets as the Owner of Phanatiks Entertainment and Co-Founder of Hudsy.TV.
