THOMPSON – Several people were injured when a glass block wall collapsed Friday afternoon in the food court at the Resorts World Catskills Casino in the Town of Thompson. The event has been declared a mass casualty incident.
Several first responders are at the scene treating the injured with some being removed on gurneys to waiting ambulances.
Medivac helicopters were called in to transport the more seriously injured to the hospital.
