Washingtonville – A three-alarm fire in a house at 94 Shaw Road in Washingtonville on Wednesday afternoon caused heavy damage to the two-story structure.
The blaze, which was reported after 3 p.m., brought out mutual aid departments for manpower.
All occupants were reported to have escaped unharmed.
There were no reports of injuries to first responders or civilians.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
