Blooming Grove Police have announced that Officer Quinn and K9 Kelly have completed the grueling training course conducted by the Orange County Sheriff K9 Academy, saying:
"Today we joined in on the Graduation fun! Congratulations Officer Quinn and K9 Kelly on graduating from Patrol and Tracking School. We were so happy and proud to have the Kelly family attend the graduation. We know Sergeant Kelly was and will always be watching over us. Thank you to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office for hosting the school. We are looking forward to having Officer Quinn and K9 Kelly out on the road serving the Town of Blooming Grove and the Village of South Blooming Grove."
