BLOOMING GROVE CLEAN DOES IT AGAIN!

RESIDENTS AND HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT RETRIEVE THREE DUMP TRUCKS FULL OF ROADSIDE TRASH

Every year it's the same thing..... Roadside Trash becomes a bigger and bigger problem. But Every year the Blooming Grove Clean Resident Troops mobilize and get out to pick it up.

Despite the relatively inclement weather this past weekend with it being rainy and then stormy on Saturday, and chilly and breezy on Sunday, apparently several hundred people went out and did their civic duty.

Highway Superintendent, Wayne Kirkpatrick noted late on Sunday that while the trash pick-up has not officially been extended, due to the inclement Saturday weather, the Highway team will continue to keep an eye out for more

trash bags along the side of town roads, and residents can call the Highway Department if they have put out bags that have not yet been retrieved.
